One day, little Derin discovered full of colorful flowers in her garden. An old, magical door standing in the middle of the garden caught her attention. The door seemed bigger than Derin's height and was full of mysterious symbols. Derin approached the door with curiosity and played with the strange symbols on it. Suddenly, the door opened silently and a magnificent light reflected from inside she stepped through the mysterious door. Behind the door was a magical underwater world where colorful fish swam. Bright algae danced around the fish and colorful corals sparkled magically. Derin started to explore these beauties and decided to swim among the cheerful fish. She played games with her underwater friends, collected jewels from pearl-filled shells, and explored colorful reefs deep in the ocean. At the end of the day, Derin returned to her garden through the mysterious door. Her mother greeted him with a smile and gave her a warm hug.

Un jour, alors que Mamie Jeanne lisait un livre, Milo remarqua une porte dans le mur du salon qu'il n’avait jamais vue auparavant. La porte était petite, presque cachée derrière une plante grimpante. "Qu’est-ce qui peut bien se trouver derrière cette porte?" se demanda Milo avec excitation. Sans attendre, il s’approcha de la porte et la poussa doucement avec sa petite patte. La porte s’ouvrit lentement, révélant un escalier en colimaçon qui descendait vers un endroit sombre. Milo hésita un instant, mais sa curiosité l'emporta, et il décida de descendre. En bas de l'escalier, Milo découvrit une pièce secrète! Elle était remplie de jouets anciens, de peluches, et de boules de laine colorées. Il y avait même un vieux train électrique qui faisait "tchou tchou" en tournant autour de la pièce. Milo était émerveillé. Il sauta, joua avec les peluches et poursuivit les boules de laine qui roulaient un peu partout. Soudain, il entendit un léger bruit derrière lui. Il se retourna et vit une petite souris grise qui le regardait avec de grands yeux curieux. "Bonjour, je m'appelle Lily," dit la souris timidement. "Je vis ici depuis longtemps, mais je n'ai jamais eu de compagnon de jeu." Milo sourit et répondit: "Je suis Milo, et j'adore jouer! Veux-tu jouer avec moi?" After 10 weeks at sea, Mayflower, with 102 passengers, reached the United States, dropping anchor near Cape Cod, Massachusetts, on November 21, 1620. The captain of the Mayflower was Christopher Jones. 3. John Jr went on that The pilgrims wanted to separate from the Church of Egland and they believed God wanted them to voyage to America. During the voyage, the pilgrims passed the time by reading by candlelight or playing cards and games. Upon the arrival on land, the pilgrims were surprised to see the ground frozen and that led to their inability to plant and harvest food. 4. John Jr told Yuehan about the native Indians giving a hand to the pilgrims. The Indians taught the pilgrims how to gather food and survival skills. The help from the Indians save 53 pilgrims from ultimately perishing. Most of the pilgrims died from diseases described as a mixture of scurvy, pneumonia, and tuberculosis. 5. The following year, the 53 pilgrims and 90 Wampanoag Indians had a celebration that we now call Thanksgiving. The Mayflower was torn apart after Christopher Jones passed away. 6. John Jr and Yuehan started counting down the days to Thanksgiving. They planned a special tribute and prayer for the Pilgrim and Indians!
