Page 5: Finally, Sam introduced his favorite, Starfish Breathing. "Let’s make a star shape with our bodies," Sam instructed. They spread their arms and legs wide. "Now, let’s trace our star," Sam said, "Breathe in as you trace up one arm, and breathe out as you go down the next." Page 6: As they traced their star shapes, breathing in and out, everyone felt calm and relaxed. "Yoga helps us feel like we’re floating on a gentle wave," Sam said with a smile. "It’s the best way to start our day!" Page 7: When they finished, they all lay down on the soft, sandy sea floor in the Resting Reef Pose. "This is how we end our yoga," Sam whispered. "Just close your eyes and listen to the ocean’s lullaby." Page 8: As the waves whispered around them, Sam and his friends felt happy and peaceful. "Yoga with friends is so much fun," they all agreed. "Let’s do it again tomorrow!" And with that, they drifted off into a restful, dreamy sea, ready for a day filled with ocean adventures.

Harvey is introduced to new philosopher by Mr. Smith. His name is Friedrich Nietzsche and he was one of the most influential German classical scholar of the 18th century. Mr. Smith told Harvey that Nietzsche was the youngest person as chair of Classical Philology at the University of Basel in Switzerland in 1869, at the age of 24. Harvey was so impressed and amazed. Mr. Smith continues to explain Friedrich Nietzsche's main philosophical concept which is based on two figures in ancient Greek mythology Apollo and Dionysus. Mr. Smith also said that Nietzsche found in classical Athenian tragedy an art form that transcended the pessimism found in the so-called wisdom of Silenus. The Greek spectators, by looking into the abyss of human suffering depicted by characters on stage, passionately and joyously affirmed life, finding it worth living. The main theme in The Birth of Tragedy is that the fusion of Dionysian and Apollonian Kunsttriebe ("artistic impulses") forms dramatic arts or tragedies. He argued that this fusion has not been achieved since the ancient Greek tragedians. Apollo represents harmony, progress, clarity, logic and the principle of individuation, whereas Dionysus represents disorder, intoxication, emotion, ecstasy and unity (hence the omission of the principle of individuation). Nietzsche used these two forces because, for him, the world of mind and order on one side, and passion and chaos on the other, formed principles that were fundamental to the Greek culture: the Apollonian a dreaming state, full of illusions; and Dionysian a state of intoxication, representing the liberations of instinct and dissolution of boundaries. In this mould, a man appears as the satyr. Harvey felt so empowered and understood what Nietzsche meant; life is full of suffering and chaos and hard work and that's where we should find enjoyment and happiness by valuing what is most worth to us.

Había una vez un fantasmita llamado Tito, que vivía en una pequeña casita en la colina. A Tito le encantaba aprender cosas nuevas, pero como era un fantasma, no podía ir a la escuela como los demás niños. Page 1 Xiaoming and Xiaohua joined a special tour. Their destination was Lung Yeuk Tau, a place full of history and beautiful scenery. Page 2 They got on the bus, excitedly looking at the view outside. The tour guide told them that there is a mountain shaped like a dragon jumping! Page 3 When they arrived at Lung Yeuk Tau, Xiaoming and Xiaohua first visited the old village called Lo Wai. The tall walls and narrow gate made them feel curious. Page 4 The guide told them stories about Lo Wai. In the past, villagers built these defenses to protect against pirates, making them feel very safe. Page 5 Next, they went to the Tin Hau Temple. Inside the temple were beautiful statues, and there were two ancient bronze bells used for praying for safety. Page 6 Xiaohua was especially interested in the stories about the Tin Hau Temple. She learned that villagers would take the statues out to parade during Tin Hau's birthday. Page 7 Finally, they visited the Songling Tang Kung Ancestral Hall. Xiaoming was amazed by the architecture and heard the touching story of Tang Songling. Page 8 At the end of the trip, Xiaoming and Xiaohua felt that this journey was very special. They hoped to come back to Lung Yeuk Tau one day to explore more stories!
