1. Once upon a sunny day, Benny the Bunny wanted to learn how to play. He hopped to the park, all filled with cheer, hoping to find some friends to be near.

Etisha and Mishika met on Tuesday, 1 March 2022. Two days later, Mishika went to invite her new neighbour for her birthday party. She was made to by her mother who said, “You must invite Etisha since she is new. She can make new friends.” And she did. Mishika and Etisha were inseparable since that day! What bonded them was a hamster. When Mishika went to Etisha’s house, she saw her out in the garden chasing a tiny brown hamster. To her surprise, Etisha shouted at her, “Will you just stand there and stare or you might want to help too. Come and get this little thing.” Soon, both Etisha and Mishika were running around a tiny cinnamon-coloured hamster. Finally, both managed to corner the little guy and put him in a box. “What exactly were you doing? And how come your hamster came out of the house?”, asked Mishika in between her breaths.

Alligator took a big bite of the apple, and it was delicious! He thanked Ant for her help and decided to learn to swim, so he wouldn't have to rely on others in the future. Alligator and Ant became the best of friends, and they had many more exciting adventures together, both on land and in the water.

But just when I think he's set to go, escaping through the door, I blink my eyes, and in a flash, I’m snoring on the floor! I see that smile on your face! The cage is empty every night, with crumbs and fluff inside, And little paw prints all around, where Nibbles likes to hide. He is up to something, but what it is I don’t quite know, So I lay awake and wonder where my sneaky hamster goes… One night, I finally stayed awake and watched, my eyes as big as moons, I felt that Nibbles would escape and make his move real soon. But when I peeked out from my bed, and tried to see him leave, I found him curled up in his cage, oh, how sneaky he can be!
