Sahmad faced a challenge called a "stroke." It made his right arm and legs move a little slower, and sometimes finding the right words to say became tricky. Sahmad visited the magical place called the Hospital. He had friendly doctors, nurses and therapists that worked together to make his body stronger and his words clearer. The Occupational Therapy made his right arm stronger. Physical Therapy showed him exercises that helped his legs move better. Speech Therapy helped him find his words, like pieces The doctors and nurses gave him medicine to help his brain heal. Sahmad sometimes felt sad, frustrated, angry, and discouraged. Every day, Sahmad worked hard, and he discovered something amazing – the power of his own determination. He used a walker and a wheelchair. Sahmad's smile lit up the room, and his laughter echoed through the hallways. Sahmad right arm and legs moving with newfound strength. His words flowed. people around him celebrated his achievements.

It's about two fat white boys that love getting drunk and occasionally poo their pants and piss the bed. We love budweiser beers and going to the bear pub. We have a small pet called Mr Plankton that also comes with us and causes mischief. Will also gets a really poor haircut and the whole pub laughs at him.

Duda, a small, fluffy bear, sits in his cozy room, watching a Carnival parade on TV. He’s amazed by the dancers in bright costumes. Inspired, Duda decides to copy their moves. He stands up, raises his arms, and spins around, trying to dance just like them. He’s having so much fun! Duda gets an idea and runs to his room to make his own costume. He grabs curtains, towels, and shiny toys. His room turns into a colorful mess, but Duda doesn’t mind. He’s focused on creating his special costume. After finishing, he looks at himself in the mirror. He smiles proudly at his work. Excited, Duda runs to show his mom. She looks at him, surprised but proud. She smiles and hugs him, telling him how great his costume is. Duda feels proud and happy. His mom, seeing how excited he is, says, “Let’s go to the parade!” They leave the house and walk down the street. Duda looks around at the colorful decorations and listens to the music. When they reach the parade, Duda is amazed. He sees a dancer on a truck, surrounded by people in costumes. Duda asks his mom about the dancer, and she explains with a smile. Duda wants to dance too. His mom laughs and says, “Let’s join the fun!” They dance together in the crowd, spinning and laughing. Duda is happy to be part of the celebration. The day ends with confetti flying and music playing, and Duda and his mom smile, enjoying their special moment together.

Our Kindergarten class is learning how to deal with big emotions. When they are feeling overwhelmed by big emotions they should tell an adult they need a break, how we can help them or what is making them feel that way. We want to help them understand their feeling so that they will be able to learn to self-regulate. We encourage deep breathing, breaks, walks, alone time and telling adults how they feel.
